Edmonton Oilers rookie Connor McDavid has left tonight’s game vs. the Philadelphia Flyers with an apparent shoulder injury.
Towards the end of the second period, McDavid was speeding down the ice. Ready to take a shot, he took a hard hit right into the boards, and straight into it went his shoulder. He was slow to get up and appeared to be cradling his shoulder on the way to the bench.
