The Edmonton Oilers reassigned forward Andrew Miller to the Bakersfield Condors on Thursday and recalled Iiro Pakarinen. The move comes after Miller was recalled when Matt Hendricks was placed on IR.

The reassigning of Miller comes after he logged 8:28 in ice time in Wednesday’s win vs. the Detroit Red Wings. He was not the largest performer last night, and he did not prove to be impressive, let alone an impactful presence on the Oilers roster.
Therefore, Pakarinen was called up this afternoon.
