Hello, Oil Nation! We have just a tiny bit of Edmonton Oilers news to go over today, July 13, in our Oil and News segment. Today, we will be discussing the Oilers new name for their downtown district, as well as the Oilers’ current decision on the blueline.
Edmonton has revealed the name for their new arena, Roger’s Place’s, new downtown neighborhood. The downtown center will be called the “Ice District,” and according to Oilers Entertainment CEO Bob Nicholson.
The downtown area will become the new home for Oilers fans, as it holds the Edmonton Oilers‘ new arena.
