The Edmonton Oilers, fresh off their big road win against the Winnipeg Jets, continue to make smart moves this season. As confirmed by Bruce McCurdy of the Edmonton Journal, the Oilers have officially placed left winger Tyler Ennis on waivers.
It’s no secret that Ennis has started off the season disappointingly. Unfortunately, injuries have defined him to where he’s become a non-factor in games that actually matter. In the grand scheme of things, since the Oilers have been sticking with their “one game at a time” mentality, it’s important to make the necessary changes now for continued success.
