A day after taking out rivals from down highway 2, the Edmonton Oilers look to translate that victory into another one against another rival, the Vancouver Canucks. In todays pre-game report I will bring you some highlights from last night, “The Markoffs’ Keys to the Game“, projected line-ups and my prediction for the game tonight.
Last night was by far the best game the Oilers have played so far this year. The team seemed to mesh together and finally play with a sense of purpose. It was an especially fantastic win as it was the first edition of “The Battle of Alberta”, and most of the fan base, if not all of it, dislikes the Calgary Flames to a great extent.
