We all know what happened on Nov. 3 against the Philadelphia Flyers. The Edmonton Oilers rookie sensation Connor McDavid plunged into the boards, collarbone first. He suffered a fractured clavicle and was deemed to be out for months.
McDavid, who has missed the last 22 games, is now beginning to skate regularly and is showing signs of improvement everyday. He’s even doing some puck work.

There has been frequent speculation about when he will in fact return to the Oilers lineup. I have heard sometime in February, the end of January and even before or after the all-star break as potential timetables for his return.
