Edmonton Oilers superstar Connor McDavid eclipsed the 500 career points mark last night, and in doing so joined some elite company. With his assist on Jesse Puljujarvi‘s goal in last night’s 3-2 victory over the Winnipeg Jets, Connor McDavid earned his 500th career point in just 369 games – placing him in the top ten fastest players to reach that mark.
McDavid had two assists on the night as the Edmonton Oilers improved to a 10-8-0 record this season, keeping his team third in the North Division and on track to make the playoffs.
