There has been plenty of talk surrounding the Boston Bruins this offseason. Dougie Hamilton is an RFA, and the B’s could be faced with a situation where they need to clear some cap space in order to retain the services of the fine young defenceman.
Milan Lucic, and Zdeno Chara’s names have been linked to the trade market for some time due to their high salaries.
Just for the purpose of this article, I want to propose a bit of a crazy thought.
Say for instance, the Oilers send an offer sheet to the Bruins for Dougie Hamilton.
