YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's cross country team is set to compete in the Mid-American Conference Championship Saturday, Nov. 2 in DeKalb, Ill. The Eagles are aiming to set a MAC record with their fifth conference championship in as many seasons.
At last year's meet, the Green and White recorded a final team score of 76 points. Graduate student Natalie Cizmas (Clinton Twp., Mich.-Chippewa Valley) gained First-Team All-MAC honors for the second time in her career as she won the individual title with a time of 20:34.
