Troubles continued for the Eastern Michigan volleyball team in its matchups against Northern Illinois and Western Michigan this past week. The Eagles only manage to muster one set victory combined in both matches, giving them three set victories in their last five matches.
Northern Illinois (20-5, 12-1) played host on November 4th when the Eagles (8-19, 3-11) came to town. The Huskies dominated the match and took down the Eagles in three straight sets, with the closest set being 25-19. The leading scorer for the Eagles was sophomore Jordan Smith who managed to muster seven kills in the match.
