CHARLESTON, S.C. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University volleyball team wrapped up play at the College of Charleston Classic Saturday night, Sept. 10. Facing off against tournament host CofC (6-3), the Eagles (4-6) dropped a four-set match, 11-25, 25-22, 17-25, 15-25.
Offensively, the Eagles were led by senior Devon Murray (Shelby, Ohio-Shelby) and junior Kelly Ferguson (Lemont, Ill.-Lemont). Murray finished with a team-high 12 kills, while Ferguson added 10, as the only two Eagles to post double-digit kills. Junior Sam Falco (Antioch, Ill.-Antioch) chipped in a career-high eight kills, while freshman Alysa Sutton (Gaston, Ind.
