YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's basketball program and Head Coach Stan Heath are continuing to build the 2022-23 roster, and have reaffirmed their commitment to homegrown talent, this time signing Tyson Acuff (Detroit, Mich.-Cass Technical (Duquesne)), the program announced today, May 4.
Acuff, a 6-foot-4 guard from Detroit, spent the last two seasons as a member of the Duquesne basketball program, playing under former EMU assistant coach and current Dukes Head Coach, Keith Dambrot. In his most recent season in Pittsburgh, Acuff was one of just five players to see action in all 30 games, 16 of which were starts.
