DeKalb, Ill. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University tennis team is heading home with a win after defeating Northern Illinois University, 5-2, today, April 14, in DeKalb, Ill.
The win moves Eastern Michigan (6-6, 3-4 MAC) back to .500 on the season, and moves the Eagles within one match of even in Mid-American Conference play. The Eagles were able to upend the Huskies after falling to them just one week ago, 4-3, in a match that was played in Ypsilanti, April 7.
