EUGENE, Ore. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan Track & Field program was represented by graduate student Taige Bryant (Edmond, Okla.-Edmond Memorial) on the first day of the NCAA Outdoor Championships today, June 9, as the No. 24 seed in the hammer throw. With his appearance in Eugene, Ore., Bryant became the first thrower in school history to compete in the national outdoor meet at the Division 1 level.
