Swim & Dive Takes Second on Day One of Denison Invitational

GRANVILLE, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University swimming and diving program took home a total of 584 points on day one of the Denison Invitational, today, Dec. 1, and sits in second place. The team is in a good position, trailing only Denison University (first place) by 81 points heading into day two.

How it Happened
In the pool, Eastern earned a pair of second-place finishes. Freshman Alexandra Kudo (Guelph, Ontario-John F. Ross Collegiate Vocational Institute) placed runner-up in the 500-yard freestyle with a career-high time of 4:53.
