CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Mid-American Conference announced that 18 student-athletes from the Eastern Michigan University swimming and diving team were named to the Academic All-MAC Team today, March 30.
Members of the Academic All-MAC team hold GPA's of 3.20 and above and participated in at least 50 percent of contests over the season.
Eastern tied with Miami University for the most student-athletes on the Academic All-MAC Team, with 18 student-athletes earning the honors. In addition, junior Bethany Berger (Batavia, Ohio-Glen Este) was one-of-17 MAC women's swimming and diving student-athletes to record a 4.
