Overall, the Green and White are in 13th-place among 17 teams on the par-72 Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club.
South Alabama holds the team after 18 holes with a 283, while Florida's Lauren Waidner holds a slim one stroke lead over the field with a five-under 67.
Sripatrprasite fired an opening round of 72 to tie for 22nd.
