DALLAS, Texas (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University football senior offensive lineman Sidy Sow (Bromont, Quebec-J-H Leclerc-Champlain Lennoxville) has been named to the 2022 Outland Trophy watch list, the Football Writers Association of America announced today, July 26. The Outland Trophy is presented annually to the best interior lineman, offensive or defensive, in college football.
Sow is one of four Mid-American Conference players named to the 89-man list.
Named a preseason All-MAC selection by Phil Steele's College Football Preview as well as Athlon Sports' Mid-American Conference preview, Sow returns after an incredible 2021 campaign that saw him collect First Team All-MAC accolades.
