YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - Due to significant rain in the Ypsilanti area, the Eastern Michigan University softball team's three-game Mid-American Conference West Division series against Central Michigan University has been moved back a day. The set, originally scheduled to begin today, May 5, will instead open with a doubleheader tomorrow, May 6, at Varsity Field. The twin bill gets underway with a 1 p.m. first pitch, while the Eagles and Chippewas will wrap up the series Sunday, May 7, with another 1 p.m. first pitch.
