BUFFALO, N.Y. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University soccer team was handed a heartbreaking, 2-1, defeat at the hands of the University at Buffalo Sunday, Sept. 30, at UB Stadium. Redshirt junior Kristin Nason (Brooklin, Ontario-Donald A. Wilson) tallied an assist in the match to push her point streak to four games, the longest by an Eagle since Bianca Rossi tallied a point in four consecutive matches from Sept. 5-28, 2014.
Eastern (7-6-0, 2-2-0 MAC) led at the halfway point, but Buffalo (9-2-0, 3-1-0 MAC) scored in the 49th minute to force overtime.
