CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University men's track & field student-athlete Gabe Singh was named Mid-American Conference (MAC) Men's Track Athlete of the Week for the second time this season, the conference office announced Tuesday, May 6.
Singh (Toledo, Ohio/Sylvania Northview/Oakland) bettered his MAC-best 400m hurdles time as he placed first in the event in 50.62 at the Jesse Owens Classic, hosted by Ohio State University, May 2-3. His time ranks second in the Great Lakes Region, 17th on the East Qualifying List, 36th in the nation, and third in EMU program history.
