MADISON, Wis. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University rowing team will conclude its 2021 spring regular season schedule with a duel at the No. 20-ranked University of Wisconsin Saturday, May 1. The races will take place on Lake Mendota beginning at 9:15 a.m.
"Going to race Wisconsin, we are going to race their open-weight team. Their open-weights have been racing a lot against the Big Ten, ACC, and other Power 5 competition," said Head Coach Kemp Savage. "They look like they're a little faster than Michigan State so we are trying to see how small we can get the gap.
