BOSTON, Mass. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan women's rowing team is set to race Saturday, October 22 at the Head of the Charles in Boston, Mass. The Eagles' First Varsity Eight boat will race at 1:24 p.m. in Event No. 34 of the Women's Club Eight section of the regatta.
"It's been really productive racing with Big Ten opponents, but now that we're getting into real, reputable, well-run, U.S. rowing regattas like the Head of the Charles," Head Coach Kemp Savage said, "we're now going to have a lot of good chances to show off the times we consistently pull.
