The Eagles had each of EMU's 8+ boats racing for first time in 11 years at scrimmage in East Lansing
EAST LANSING, Mich. (EMUEagles.com)- The Eastern Michigan University rowing team raced pieces against the Michigan State University and University of Wisconsin Sunday, Oct. 27, in East Lansing, Mich, for a fall scrimmage. The Eagles, racing all rowable 8+ boats EMU owns for the first time in 11 years, saw tremendous growth at the scrimmage on Grand River.
"We raced today in a way that showed the big strides we've made compared to last spring," noted Head Coach Kemp Savage.
