Rio Verde Invitational Concludes with EMU Tied for 10th

RIO VERDE, Ariz. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's golf team finished in a tie with Ball State University on the final leaderboard Sunday afternoon, Feb. 27, at the Rio Verde Invitational. On the third and final day of competition the Eagles fired a team score of 313 to finish 10th in the standings. EMU's three-day total of 933 (303-317-313) was well behind champion Kennesaw State University, which won the event by 12-shots.
