After a 27-24 win over the Wyoming Cowboys on Sept. 23, the Eastern Michigan’s men’s football team advanced to a 3-1 season record. This will mark Eastern’s best opening season record since 1995.
This Saturday, the Eagles will travel down to Ohio to face the Bowling Green Falcons for the opening of the MAC Slate. Bowling Green holds a season record of 1-3 after harsh loss to the University of Memphis (77-3) on Sept. 24.
Periodically facing each other, EMU and BGSU marked up a total of 37 games competing against one another since 1919, as Eastern tails behind 11-25-1 in their series of match ups.
