CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) - Eastern Michigan University student-athlete Preaw Sripatrprasite (Bangkok, Thailand-Siam International) was named the Mid-American Conference Golfer of the Week, the league announced Thursday, March 5. The award comes on the heels of the junior's first collegiate medalist honor, which she earned with a two-over 144 (72-72), at the Low Country Invitation, played in Bluffton, S.C., March 2-3.
Her total ranks as the third-lowest 36-hole tally in EMU history only bettered by a 141 (72-69) from Emily Podzielinski at the Cardinal Classic, Sept. 19-20, 2009, and a 143 (69-74) by Stephany Fleet at the NIU Brickyard Invitational, Sept.
