Power Display Not Enough in Defeat to Oakland

ROCHESTER, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Despite another offensive onslaught, the Eastern Michigan University baseball team had its four-game winning streak snapped at the hands of Oakland University, 14-11, Tuesday, April 18 at OU Baseball Field. The Eagles (16-21) scored double digit runs in their third straight game and have totaled 43 over their last four contests.

EMU used the long ball to its advantage, cranking out three of them for the third straight game. Leading the offensive output was redshirt senior Mike Mioduszewski (Dexter, Mich.-Dexter) who had a huge day with three-hits, including a double, his third career two-home run game, as well as a career-high five RBI's.
