COLUMBUS, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's track and field team wrapped up their time in Columbus, Ohio today, April 23, completing their second day at the Jesse Owens Classic. The team had a great day overall, with the Green and White taking home the pole vault title in dominating fashion.
Beginning with the 100m dash, freshman Jessica Harris (Slidell, La. – Slidell) continued her impressive campaign, placing sixth with a time of 11.70. Not only was her mark a personal-best, but it also bumped her to sixth all-time in the EMU record books.
