CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) — Junior Peyton Davis (North Ridgeville, Ohio-Holy Name) and freshman Madeline Olson (Libertyville, Ill.-Libertyville) of the Eastern Michigan University soccer team garnered Mid-American Conference postseason honors the league office announced Thursday, Nov. 2. Davis reeled in All-MAC Second Team honors, while Olson was tabbed an All-Freshman selection.
Davis is the 20th Eagle to land on the All-MAC Second Team in EMU history. Meanwhile, Olson marks the third consecutive season in which EMU has had a player listed on the MAC All-Freshman squad, as Kristin Nason and Sabrina McNeill garnered the distinction in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
