YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's cross country team is set to race at the Mid-American Conference Championship Saturday, Nov. 2 in DeKalb, Ill. The Eagles are looking to accomplish their MAC-record 23rd conference title, and 14th under head coach John Goodridge.
Prior to finishing seventh at last year's meet, the Green and White had won eight consecutive MAC crowns and 12 in the previous 13 seasons. Leading the way for the Eagles at the 2018 MAC Championship was senior Austin Wicker (Pinckney, Mich.-Pinckney), who placed 19th with a time of 25:14.
