DEXTER, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's cross country team is set to begin its season when it travels to nearby Dexter, Mich. for the Michigan Open, Friday, Aug. 30.
Hosted by the University of Michigan, the race will be held at Hudson Mills Metropark and is scheduled to get underway at 10 a.m. No strangers to the Michigan Open, the Eagles last competed in the event during the 2017 season, taking home six top-20 finishes.
"This competition will conclude a hard week of training at camp which I am sure is the same for Michigan," said Head Coach John Goodridge.
