MADISON, Wis. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's cross country team finished 22nd at the Nuttycombe Invite Friday, Oct. 13, in Madison, Wis. The Eagles placed two harriers within the top-60, ending with a team score of 581 points.
Redshirt-senior captain Hlynur Andresson (Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland-Mountain Ridge) remains one of the most consistent pieces of the squad, as he paced the Eagles with a 53rd-place finish with a final time of 24:22.3. Senior Lahsene Bouchikhi (Antwerp, Belgium-Stedelijk Lyceum Paardenmarkt) also finished strong, crossing the line in 24:24.
