The Eagles (5-12, 2-11 MAC) could not contain the Cardinals' (10-11, 8-8 MAC) lights out shooting with a 52.1 percent clip (37-of-71).
Three Eagles recorded double-figure scoring performances with redshirt senior Ty Groce (Ypsilanti, Mich.-Lincoln) leading the way with 21 points, including seven free throws. The forward also contributed a team-high seven rebounds and added two assists. Classmate Noah Morgan (Mount Vernon, N.
