YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University men's basketball team surrendered its lowest field goal percentage against NCAA Division I opposition this season, but was unable to find its offensive rhythm in a 59-48 setback to Miami University Saturday, Feb. 2, inside the Convocation Center.

The result snaps the Eagles' (9-13, 3-6 MAC) five-game winning streak against the RedHawks (12-10 4-5 MAC), and marks the first time EMU has lost to Miami inside the Convocation Center since dropping a 58-56 decision, Feb. 5, 2011.

Redshirt junior Boubacar Toure (Dakar, Senegal-Phase One Academy (Grand Canyon)) tallied 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting along with a team-high 14 rebounds for his second consecutive double-double and seventh of the campaign.
