The Eastern Michigan men's swim and dive team had a very successful tri-dual against Wayne State and Tiffin University on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 21, at Jones Natatorium. The Eagles scored 156-100 against Wayne and beat Tiffin University at 169-84.
Sophomore Tosh Kawaguchi and juniors Connor Finnigan , Logan Burton ,and Connor Johnson started off the tri-dual with a victory in the 200 Medley Relay, clocking in at 1:32.22.
Senior Kyle Lichtenberg won the 1000 Freestyle. Following after, EMU took another sweep in the 200 Free. Freshman Alex Arrieta was the first place finisher.
Senior Cole Bateman had a first place finish in the 100 Backstroke.
