NCAA Outdoor Championships Day Two Results (Attached when available)
EUGENE, ORE. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University women's track and field team got the ball rolling at the NCAA Outdoor Championships today, June 8, in Eugene, Ore. The Eagles were represented by junior Jordann McDermitt (Davison, Mich. – Davison) in the 10000m.
McDermitt held strong throughout the majority of the race, keeping pace with the pack until late. The Davison, Mich. native eventually crossed the finish line in 21st, clocking in at 34:17.22, which was good for Honorable Mention All-American honors.
