YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University Vice President/Director of Athletics Scott Wetherbee announced today, Dec. 12, that Head Baseball Coach Mark Van Ameyde is departing the University for another coaching opportunity.
"I want to thank Coach Van Ameyde for his commitment and dedication to our baseball program during his tenure at Eastern Michigan," said Wetherbee. "We appreciate the work that Mark has done to help our student-athletes both academically and athletically. He has certainly left the EMU baseball program in a better place.
