YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University Head Soccer Coach Scott Hall has announced the promotion of Joe Malachino to associate head coach today, Sept. 8.
"This promotion has been a long time coming," Hall exclaimed. "Joe is a strong servant leader and always puts the student-athletes first. He holds a very high standard for himself and that is contagious to the rest of the staff and team. I'm very appreciative of (Vice President/Director of Athletics) Scott Weatherbee and (Senior Associate AD for External Affairs) Andy Rowdon for helping to make this happen.
