CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University senior defensive back Brody Hoying (Coldwater, Ohio-Coldwater) was named the Mid-American Conference West Division Defensive Player of the Week the league office announced, Sept. 9. Hoying joins senior quarterback Mike Glass III (St. Louis, Mo.-Hazelwood Central-Southwestern College) on the list of Eagles who have taken home a weekly conference honor this season.
