(EMUEagles.com) – Angelica Holman went wire-to-wire to win the individual title at the Women's National Golf Invitational, May 9-11, at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Course in Maricopa, Ariz., to lead the Eastern Michigan University team to a runner-up finish in the 10-team event. Holman, the leader after each of the three rounds, helped the team to second place, just four strokes behind champion Santa Clara University.
