(EMUEagles.com) – Junior Thelma Beck (Baden, France-Lycee Sainte Anne) fired an opening day total of 144 (72-72) to lead the Eastern Michigan University women's golf team Monday, Oct. 3, at the Kzoo Classic. Beck sits in second-place, while the Eagles sit atop the leaderboard as a team with a 591 (293-298) on the par-72, 6,163 yard Moors Golf Club course.
Behind Warner, sophomore Kritsuda Apiwatthanadol (Bangkok, Thailand-Somtawin Witead Suska Huaymongkhon School) recorded a two round total of 148 (73-75) to sit in a tie for fourth place.
