The Eastern Michigan football team officially signed 21 new student-athletes to their letters of intent to come join the football team on Wednesday, Feb. 1.
Of the 21 player, four are already on campus. Junior college transfers Sam Dervil, Shaq Jones, and Tyler LaBarbera, as well as freshman early-enrollee Sidy Sow from Quebec.
Of the notable signees on Wednesday, Jairus Grissom from river Rouge leads the way as a three-star quarterback. Grissom has been recruited and offered by Rutgers, Wake Forest and a few other power five football programs.
A surprise was the last player to sign his letter of intent in Jeff Hubbard.
