(EMUEagles.com) -- Following a hard-fought second-place finish at the Mid-American Conference Championships, the Eastern Michigan University men's track and field team placed five student-athletes on the All-MAC First-Team, announced today, May 16, by the league office. Additionally, the Eagles put a trio on the second team as well.
Junior Tyler Brown (Findlay, Ohio - Findlay) nabbed first team honors after bringing home the gold in the 400m dash, crossing the finish line in 46.55 to edge out the second-place finisher by eight tenths of a second. Brown also finished third in the 200m with a time of 21.
