YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Third-year Eastern Michigan University Head Football Coach Chris Creighton is one of 64 coaches at Bowl Subdivision schools on the Amway Board of Coaches and will participate in this season's top-25 balloting.
The Amway Coaches Poll released its preseason coaches poll Thursday, Aug. 4. The first regular-season poll will be out after the Labor Day weekend of games and continue weekly through Dec. 7, when the pairings for the College Football Playoff games are announced.
The panel is chosen by random draw, conference by conference plus independents, from a pool of coaches who have indicated to the American Football Coaches Association their willingness to participate.
