LOUISVILLE, Ky. & ASHLAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University track & field team won six event titles and set one meet record at the Clark Wood Invitational today, April 30. Meanwhile, the EMU throwers produced two personal-best marks at the Ashland Alumni Open on the same day.
"The group's built off of last weekend's momentum and carried it into our last big meet before MACs," said Associate Head Coach Chris Best. "Back-to-back weekends are always challenging especially with exams in the picture. Everyone had great attitudes and the performances reflected that.
