YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — In July 2015, the Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics partnered with The Aspire Group to enhance ticket sales and service efforts through an on-site Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) that provides top-of-the-line customer service to Eagle fans. One year into the partnership, the EMU FRMC has increased the number of football season tickets sold by 100 percent compared to 2014, reaching an all-time record high in football season ticket sales.
"Since partnering with The Aspire Group we have seen the fruits of their hustle. We are proud to say that we have substantial increases in season tickets and revenue in just over a year," said Tony Orlando, EMU Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and Fan Experience.
