YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – After a slow start to the day, the Eastern Michigan University women's golf team picked it up in the afternoon to post the fifth-lowest score of the second round at the Shirley Spork Invitational, Oct. 3. The Eagles notched a 304 to jump two positions into fifth-place after opening with a 311 on the par 72, 6,100-yard Eagle Crest Golf Course setup.
