It’s an exciting yet emotional day for high school seniors signing their national letter of intent to their future schools. It’s also a special day for college coaches who have been recruiting these kids for so long, and it’s finally the day they’ve all been waiting for.
“It’s a big deal when you’re choosing someone and they’re choosing you for one of the biggest decisions they’ve made in their life to this point, it’s super exciting,” Eastern Michigan football coach Chris Creighton said.
After two years at the helm of the football program at Eastern Michigan, Creighton and his staff have compiled a 3-21 record, but that hasn’t interfered with the effort and determination these coaches have put toward making EMU a noteworthy college football program, and recruiting high level players to compete in the Mid-American Conference.
