GRANVILLE, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University swimming and diving team had another strong showing on the second day of the Denison Invitational Friday, Nov. 30, inside Trumbull Aquatics Center. The Eagles posted one event win in the 400 Medley Relay and eight top-five finishes to hold steady in second-place overall with 1,309.5 points.

Pacing the Eagles was a career-best time from sophomore Meike Staffeldt (Niedersachsen, Germany) in the 200 Freestyle and a 400 Medley relay win by junior Claire Young (Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich.
